We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every purchase of The Estate AI Office. No questions asked. No forms. You keep every bonus.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@theestateaioffice.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Include your order number (in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy) and the email used to purchase.
3. We acknowledge within 1 business day and process the refund through Lemon Squeezy.
4. You typically see the refunded amount back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).

No specific reason is required. We won't try to talk you out of it.

You keep everything

Even after a refund, you retain access to:

• The Estate AI Office Ebook V2.2 (PDF)
• All 7 AI Worker prompt configurations
• All bonuses delivered before the refund (Swipe File, Notion CRM template, Hook Vault, Email Templates, Setup Walkthrough, Audio Ebook, etc.)

This is intentional. If the Product doesn't help you, we'd rather you keep what's useful and walk away with no hard feelings.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

• Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date
• Evidence of abuse, fraud, or coordinated multi-account refund cycling
• Where the purchase was made through an unauthorised reseller (we only sell direct through our Lemon Squeezy checkout)

Statutory consumer rights (UK / EEA)

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal, non-business use) located in the UK or EEA, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the equivalent EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Because The Estate AI Office is digital content delivered immediately on purchase, you waive this statutory cancellation right at the moment of download. However, our contractual 14-day money-back guarantee still applies — your protection is as strong or stronger than the statutory right.

Order bumps, upsells, and downsells

The 14-day refund covers the entire transaction, including any order bump (£27), one-time offer / OTO (£147), or downsell (£47) you purchased. If you want a partial refund (e.g., refund just the OTO and keep the main product), email us and we'll arrange it.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks bypass our refund process, incur additional fees, and may result in your access to the Product being terminated. We've never declined a legitimate refund request — please just write to us.
